- Frank Stratton had hazel eyes, brown hair, a fair complexion, and was 5′ 5 1/2″ in height.
- He was in the valley and hilltop fights at the Battle of the Little Big Horn and deserted from Fort Abraham Lincoln on 28 July 1877.
- His fate is not known to this writer.
